2.5 KYC Verification. ezph is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines ("AMLA") and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may restrict certain account functions, including withdrawal processing.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ezph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ezph customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your account. ezph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your ezph account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any business operation without the express written consent of ezph.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must keep your account information accurate and up-to-date at all times. Changes to your name, contact information, or payment details must be communicated to ezph in accordance with the account verification procedures.
4.1 Deposit Methods. ezph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as updated from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section of your account.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the ezph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. ezph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 4.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ezph may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its published dormancy policy.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ezph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits apply to all bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party software to meet wagering requirements, or placing contradictory bets to clear bonus funds with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ezph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of ezph and are not guaranteed to be available on a continuing basis.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ezph will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned. ezph's decision on the resolution of any technical malfunction is final.

10.3 ezph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ezph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to ezph's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
